The Seamless Railway Two-line Long-rail Laying Machine is the newly developed special equipment of rail transit in our company, which has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high laying accuracy, non-destructive trackbed fasteners, high comprehensive operating efficiency, high reliability, and independent intellectual property rights in China. It can meet the requirements of China's high-speed railway ballastless trackbed one-time laying of two-line seamless lines. The Seamless Railway Two-line Long-rail Laying Machine is a special equipment for railway track laying construction. It is mainly composed of a push car, track flat cars, a rail shifting device, a counterweight device, an electronic control system, a hydraulic system, accessories, etc. This equipment uses advanced adjacent line track laying construction methods, while taking into account traditional main line traction-pushing track laying construction methods, to achieve simultaneous laying of long rails on two lines with one machine, improve adjacent line track laying operation efficiency, achieve the simultaneous operation of adjacent line track laying and rail welding on the same track, achieve intermittent laying of adjacent line tracks, achieve double-track rail laying at stations, and reduce the risk of long and downhill adjacent line track laying.

This equipment adopts a push-type track laying method. The equipment composition is (in the order of the front and rear positions of the units): track push vehicle + long rail laying vehicle No. 1 + long rail laying vehicle No. 2 + long rail laying vehicle No. 3. The push car consists of a push mechanism, a track-splitting device, a lifting roller, a downhill device (removable). The No. 1 long track laying vehicle consists of a DT30L track flat car and a No.1 rail shifting device. The No. 2 long track laying vehicle consists of a DT30L track flat car, a No. 2 rail shifting device , a No. 2 vehicle counterweight , a No.3 rail suspended and shifting device. The No. 3 long track laying vehicle consists of a DT30L track flat car , a No. 4 rail suspended and shifting device , a No. 3 vehicle counterweight , a No. 5 rail shifting device.
