1. Equipment Features and Uses

The WZ500F Push-type Track Laying Unit is developed based on our company's WZ500 Ballastless Trackbed Long Rail Laying Unit. It has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high laying accuracy, non-destructive trackbed fasteners, high comprehensive operating efficiency, high reliability, and independent intellectual property rights in China. It can meet the requirements of China's high-speed railway ballasted trackbed and ballastless trackbed one-time laying of seamless lines.

The WZ500F Push-type Track Laying Unit adopts the push-type track laying method to lay standard gauge trackbed tracks consisting of long rails with a length of 100 to 500 meters and a rail weight of 60Kg/m. Working Environment Requirements:

2. Equipment Composition

The WZ500F Push-type Track Laying Unit  adopts the push-type track laying operation method. The equipment is composed of 160 rollers, a transport flat car, roller trolley I, roller trolley II, roller trolley III, a track splitting pusher, a transition slope car, and a steel rail transport car set, according to the front and rear positions of the unit. The steel rail transport car set consists of 37 N17 flat cars equipped with transport brackets. 

Note: The 37 N17 flat cars in the above steel rail transport car set are standard N17 flat cars. If NX70 flat cars are used, these cars are longer than the standard cars. The specific number will be determined on site. The total length of the steel rail transport car set must be at least 515m.
