1. Function Introduction and Composition

The Movable Conveying Mixer Truck (hereinafter referred to as Mixer Truck) is a device  installed on a flat car and is used to pour concrete into the ditches on both sides of the line. It mainly consists of two major assemblies: the base and the upper part. The upper part consists of a mixing drum, feeding and discharging devices, an control system, a hydraulic system, a power system, an electrical system, a water supply system, an escalator assembly and fixing device,a lifting device, a safety device, noise reduction device, etc. For customers who have high requirements for the construction environment and need to provide a safe dual power source, our company provides a power configuration of a low-noise box-type generator set combined with a 45KW motor, which is controlled by a soft starter to ensure the on-site construction environment and use an external power supply for emergency operations when the diesel engine of the Mixer Truck fails. A remote controller can be optionally equipped for remote control.

2. Working Principle

The Mixer Truck obtains power from the power system (diesel engine) directly driven hydraulic pump. After being decelerated by the hydraulic motor and reducer, it drives the mixing drum to rotate at a certain speed. The built-in blades in the mixing drum continuously force the mixture to be stirred, so that cements, sand, water, etc. are evenly mixed to form concrete. Under the control of the operating system, it can realize clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, thereby completing the feeding, mixing and discharging functions. The water supply system mainly realizes the functions of adding water to dry materials, washing the cylinder surface and blades, and washing vehicles.  The escalator assembly is mainly used for staff boarding operations and maintenance personnel boarding inspections. The hydraulic pump adopts a plunger pump.
