1. Structure Introduction

The MD2t-24m Type 500m Long Rail Group Crane is designed and manufactured according to GB/T14406-93 "General Gantry Crane", GB5905-86 "Lifting Test Specifications and Procedures" and other related standards. It mainly consists of outriggers, crossbeams, 2 ton electric hoists and electrical control parts. Suitable for lifting and other construction operations of 500 meter long steel rails and any length of steel rails within 500 meters.

2. Main Structure and Technical Parameters

2.1 Function Introduction

The MD2t-24m Type 500m Long Rail Group Crane System is mainly used for loading and unloading 500 meter long steel rails (60kg/m), 25 meter short rails, and miscellaneous materials. The MD2t-24m Type 500m Long Rail Group Crane System (hereinafter referred to as the Group Crane System) mainly consists of 32 fixed gantry cranes of 2t x 24m, as well as the main control console and sub control box. It can realize each gantry crane individual action, self-selected group action, group linkage and 32 gantry crane linkage.
