1. Structure Introduction
The DT12Y Subway Track Laying Car is designed and manufactured according to GB/T14406-93 "General Gantry Crane", GB5905-86 "Lifting Test Specifications and Procedures" and other related standards. It mainly consists of steel structure, running mechanism, double barrel electric hoist, lifting rail pole, cable drum, hydraulic part, electrical part, and braking part. It is suitable for subway track laying, lifting and pouring of concrete, and lifting rail panels and other construction operations.
1.1 The steel structure adopts a fully symmetrical layout structure with block splicing, and the main crossbeam and lifting column are equipped with equidistant bolt holes and high-strength bolt connections. It is not only convenient for transfer transportation, but also allows for the assembly of track laying car with different gauge sizes to meet the requirements of different construction conditions.
1.2 The walking part adopts a chain driven two wheel drive method, and the walking speed is controlled by a three speed adjustable variable frequency knob, which can be adjusted between 5~25 m/min.
1.3 The lifting device adopts an electric hoist, and the electric hoist trolley directly moves horizontally and drives the lifting rail pole to move horizontally. The lifting speed of the electric hoist is 8 m/min.
1.4 The track laying car is equipped with manual cable reels, three-phase four-wire power transmission circuit.
1.5 Electrical components
The crane is equipped with 2 running motors, model Y132M-4, with a rated power of 3 kW. Adopt frequency converter to control the traveling speed.
1.6 Hydraulic part
The lifting mechanism and lateral movement mechanism of the subway track laying car are controlled by a hydraulic system, and the main control valve adopts a multi way directional valve with a central unloading position. The hydraulic system pipeline is equipped with quick connectors in each disassembly section, which can more conveniently achieve the dismantling and transfer of the track laying car.

1.7 Braking device
When the subway track laying car is not in operation, the power is cut off, and the electromagnetic brake holds the coupling to achieve the purpose of braking.
