1. Overview

Based on the specific conditions of the ballasted trackbed construction process, our company has developed this type of crawler tractor. The CL500 Crawler Tractor is a variable span crawler tractor vehicle.The existing long rail pushing method for laying ballasted trackbeds has low efficiency. The CL500 Crawler Tractor refers to the ballastless trackbed front-towed and rear-push track laying method with higher overall efficiency. It adopts the tug-and-pull track laying technology, which can effectively solve the problems of ballasted trackbeds with many curves, small radius, difficult rail laying, and low laying efficiency. It has the characteristics of large traction, flexible use, high degree of modularity, variable span, and the ability to cross the track.The crawler-type traction track laying method is suitable for the laying of standard gauge ballasted trackbeds composed of long rails with a length of 100-500m and a rail weight of no more than 60kg/m. It can meet the requirements for laying seamless lines on ballasted trackbeds of my country's railways.The tractor is the core equipment of the long rail laying unit for ballasted track bed. The tractor consists of driver's room, power room, chassis, traveling mechanism,6t traction winch, roller bracket, rail clamp, power system, hydraulic system, electric control system and other components.
