1. Overview and main structure

The 100t Steel Ingot Flat Car is used for loading and transporting hot steel ingots in steel mills. The car body is of all-steel riveted and welded structure, with heat-insulating layer(composed of diatomaceous earth bricks and ductile iron plates), which has good anti-smashing and heat-insulating performances. It adopts 2G three-piece bogie with G-type wheelset and 3536 double-column centripetal spherical roller bearings.
