140t Iron Ladle Car Description

1. Overview

The 140t Iron Ladle Car is mainly used as a vehicle for transporting 140t hot metal within plant. It also meets the transportation needs of 150t hot metal ladle.

2. Function and Purpose

2.1 It can Load and transport 140t hot metal ladle and hot metal , and can also load and transport 150t hot metal ladle and hot metal.

2.2 It can be interchanged with the existing 140t Iron Ladle Car of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd..

4. Structure Introduction

The 140t Iron Ladle Car mainly consists of the car body, coupler and draft gear, three-axle bogie, support, observation shed, and other parts.

4.1 Car Body

The car body adopts a bow shaped structure, mainly to avoid the hot metal ladle when pouring hot metal on the vehicle. The main structure consists of arched side frames, pillow beams,end components and other components. Foot pedals and handrails are installed in positions 1 and 4 of the car. The main material of the car body is Q345B.

4.2 Coupler and Draft Gear

The coupler adopts E-grade steel 13B coupler. The coupler release rod is a full-length type, and the upper lockpin is composed of a three link mechanism. The coupler yoke is a three hole structure, and the ST type draft gear and alloy steel coupler yoke key are used.

4.3 Three-axle Bogie

The Bogie frame adopts an H-shaped welded structure,which is mainly composed of side beams, cross beams, center plate beams, auxiliary beams, side bearing beams and other components. The plate is made of Q345C low alloy high-strength steel. The axle box group is composed of self-aligning roller bearings, with a model of 22332C/W33. The wheelset is made of CL60 material Ф 650 integral rolled steel wheels. The total stiffness of the spring group is 1984N/mm.

4.4 Support

The support is a saddle-shaped structure. It uses cast steel parts, and the material is ZG230-450.

4.5 Observation Shed

The observation shed is installed at the 4-position end of the vehicle. Handrails are installed on the edge of the door.
