2 Main Structure
The 160t open tank car for molten iron consists mainly of a main frame, two upper frames, four sets of double-axis bogies, and two sets of coupler and draft gears. The main frame is located at the top of the car, followed by the upper frames, double-axis bogies, and coupler and draft gears installed at one end of the upper frames.
3 Design and Manufacturing Standards
3.1 Gauge: in accordance with GB146.1-83 (standard gauge railway Locomotive and vehicle gauge).
3.2 The vehicle design complies with DB03-94 ZT series Iron Ladle Car technical conditions.
3.3 The vehicle body strength meets the requirements of TB/T 1335-1996.
3.4 The vehicle body welding complies with the requirements of TB/T 1580 and TB/T 1582.
3.5 Manufacture the 160t Iron Ladle Car according to the requirements of the ministerial standard.
