1. Overview and Main Structure
The WZ500E type ballastless track bed long rail laying machine integrates the advantages of existing ballastless track bed long rail laying machines both domestically and internationally,and effectively overcomes their shortcomings. It incorporates key technologies such as automatic guidance, high-tonnage traction,for enhancing laying efficiency,ensuring safety and reliability of the laying machine. It features high traction, non-destructive track bed fasteners, high overall operational efficiency, high reliability, and independent intellectual property rights in China. It meets the requirements of seamless line laying on ballastless track beds for high-speed railways in China.The laying machine employs a front dragging and rear pushing method and is suitable for standard gauge ballastless track bed rails composed of long rail segments with a length ranging from 100 to 500 meters and a rail weight not exceeding 60 kg/m.The equipment is composed in front-to-rear order: mainly consisting of 100 rollers + transport flat cars + guiding vehicle + roller car I + roller car II + roller car III +a track-splitting pushing vehicle + transitional gradient vehicle + steel rail transport vehicle group.
