According to the "long-term railway network planning", by 2020, China will build 12000 km of passenger dedicated line, intercity rail, planning the construction of new lines of about 1.6 million km.Therefore, our country needs more sets of seamless line laying equipment. We developed a new type of seamless line laying equipment which is suitable for China's national conditions, road conditions and has high efficiency, high performance, easy to operate, easy maintenance, low cost, low failure rate. In order to meet the needs of China's railway, we studied various types of track laying machine at home and abroad, and R & D the CYP500 type crosstie group long-rail laying machine combined with China Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd..
According to the existing experience in construction of track laying, using replace laying long-rail method for construction need to build rail assembling base, prepare tool rail, assemble track panel, lay long-rail. The replace laying long-rail method is not only a complex process, but also a large amount of work with low comprehensive construction efficiency, and can not meet the requirements of the time limit for a project. Adopting new rail laying machine to construct lines one-time is economic and efficient scheme for most of all. But regardless of the use of imported TCM60, SVM1000 long rail tracklayer or choose domestic CPG500 long-rail laying machine, has the problem of high cost. Therefore, in 2008, our company research and development the CYP500 type crosstie group long-rail laying machine which has the same efficiency, better performance and low cost.
The CYP500 type crosstie group long-rail laying machine and related application technology has been successfully used in the ballasted track laying.(including part of ballastless track), such as Longxia railway, Hunan Guangxi railway, etc.. The equipment efficiency is the average daily laying 2km and the highest daily laying 2.5km, to ensure construction safety, fast, high quality and achieve remarkable social and economic benefits.
2. The Main Features Of Track Layer Unit
2.1 Our company has been optimized and improved on the basis of the advanced technology both at home and abroad, and formed a new type crosstie group track layer unit through repeating research and demonstration. The track layer unit has the advantages of simple structure of host, safety and reliability, stable performance and low failure rate.
2.2 The track layer unit which adopts modular structure design can complete changing site coupled with locomotive in engineering line. The equipment which is disassembled can also complete long distance changing site by road transportation, avoiding the impact of the handling of tedious transport procedures.
2.3 The method of crosstie group long-rail laying homogenizes crossties first and lay crossties later. The unit uses stepping operation mode and lays multiple crossties one-time, avoiding overturning and sticking phenomenon of crossties. During the operation, the whole machine is in a static state, which is easy to adjust spacing between rails which are waiting for laying and rails which have been laid. The above method is adopted to achieve the purpose of high precision and good construction quality. In addition, the equipment has the advantages of high automation degree, low labor intensity, low cost of equipment acquisition, low maintenance cost and high comprehensive operation efficiency.
